We call ours’ fine-dining in a self-service disguise. This is because, despite the typical self-service restaurant’s look, quality and choice of dishes that can be enjoyed at FudSud is by all means comparable to that of a fine-dining venue.


Our ingredients and products are picked with painstaking care and preference to the local supply.


Next to the restaurant there’s our pizzeria, whose “icing on the cake” is the “Guastella”. This is a spice-studded bread typical of Enna’s tradition whose light essence, sturdy yet crunchy shell and inner crumbly-coating allow for proper tasting of its stuffing.


On a side note, we do participate in A.I.C.’s AFC project (which promotes dining out for Celiac people) by offering yummy gluten-free dishes.
