FudSud is a fresh new-concept restaurant born in January 2011. It’s the brainchild of 3 young college-educated entrepreneurs trained with previous F&B experiences, positive about growing the territory by fostering the local economy.


In order to bring this project to life, these entrepreneurs benefited from the valuable cooperation of two more partners who brought more expertise to the company.

One of them boasts in-depth knowledge and passion for food and wine, while the other is a second-generation hotelier keen on hospitality, and therefore capable of running a high-volume client-facing business.


The basic concept is to achieve goals and results through quality resources and professionalism.
